Celebrating Our Latest Batch Of Transfers
Thursday, March 7th, marked a significant milestone for Seaton Estate, as the sale and transfer of the next 200 sites, including 150 homes that had undergone the Design Review process, were celebrated. With purchasers, media representatives, and developers present, Geoff Perkins, representing Seaton, addressed the enthusiastic crowd, highlighting the swift progress of the site. Key achievements such as the construction of the iconic gatehouse, set for completion in August, and the forthcoming N2 interchange, scheduled to commence this year, were emphasized. Additionally, the completion of the P228 in June will soon grant residents direct access into the estate.
Guests enjoyed an assortment of food trucks and delicious treats, ensuring there was something to please every palate. Live music by local talent Jemma Kate provided an enchanting atmosphere under the twinkling café lights, complemented by Seaton's picturesque sea views. The sight of children gleefully zipping around on bikes and scooters, accompanied by laughter and the indulgence of ice cream treats, added to the festive ambiance and offered a glimpse into the vibrant life awaiting future Seaton residents.
As with previous transfer celebrations, the event included a symbolic and sustainable gesture, with homeowners selecting and planting indigenous trees. These trees, planted by each family, symbolize their own legacy, which will flourish alongside the estate.
In addition to celebrating recent transfers, Seaton Estate welcomed new development partners, who will offer exciting purchase opportunities, further solidifying its reputation as the premier North Coastal estate offering unparalleled 360-degree living experiences. The new additions include:
- One on Seaton: Offering 27 coastal condos with stunning Christmas Bay & Coastline views. Launching in April.
- Serrano: Featuring 21 units overlooking Christmas Bay, offering 2, 3, & 4-bedroom condos, duets, and villas. Launching in April.
The perfect conclusion to this memorable occasion was witnessing a North Coast sunset—a fitting end to an unforgettable day. As the Seaton dream nears its realization, it's almost surreal.
